Waiting times for an appointment
- Expected waiting time for an appointment with Oslo police district is until 10 weeks.
- Expected waiting time for an appointment with the Service Centre for Foreign Workers (SUA) in Oslo is until 2 weeks for skilled worker immigration.
Oslo police district currently has very limited capacity in regards to appointments for EEA-registrations. The Police notes that an EU/EEA-citizen in any case will have legal residence in Norway beyond three months if he or she exercises EEA rights. A right of residence according to EEA law beyond three months is not conditional on a registration certificate being issued by the authorities. Processing time for applications
The processing time is the time it takes for the police to process the application after you have met with the police and submitted all your application documents.
The waiting times may change while applications are being processed.
