Timebestilling på nett

Alle skal bestille time på nett for å søkje om pass og ID-kort. Oppmøte utan avtale er ikkje mogleg. Møt opp litt før avtalt time. Du vert ropt opp med namn når det er din tur.

Bilde til pass og ID-kort

Vi tar bilde av alle som søker om pass og ID-kort, også barn under 3 år.
Når du søker om nytt pass og/eller ID-kort tar vi bilde med biometrikiosken når du møter opp. Passbilde frå fotograf eller fotoautomat er ikkje gyldig for bruk i pass og ID-kort, og vi tar ikkje i mot dette.

Forsinka til timen?

Ring og gje beskjed om du vert forsinka. Vi vil prøve å få plass til deg innimellom andre kundar, men du kan måtte vente litt.

Temporary change in the guarantee procedure
Even if it is stated in the form that you must receive a stamp from the police, you should not contact the police due to the corona situation. The applicant can use the guarantee form without a stamp from the police.
