Have you applied before 27 May but not booked an appointment before 27 May?

If you have applied online with UDI but have not booked an appointment with the police before 27 May 2024, you must contact the police to get help with booking an appointment. You cannot book an appointment online. In your application, you will find which police station or office you need to contact.

Continue from the confirmation you received by email?

You can also book or change an appointment via the email you received as confirmation of the registered application with UDI. Note that the sender of the email is
Politiet noreply-politiet.nemo-q.se.

Haven't completed your application with UDI?

You can also log in to udi.no to continue your application, and then book an appointment for when you need to attend the police.

Do you have a physical application?

If you cannot apply digitally and have filled out a paper application, you must call the police to book an appointment.

Where should you attend your appointment?

You must always have an appointment before attending the police.

If you have booked an appointment with the police, you will find information on where to attend in the confirmation email you received.
